What you pay on

We agree the scope with you before we start. You only pay on revenue from the part of Klaviyo we manage.

How revenue is measured

We use the revenue Klaviyo reports for the campaigns and flows in our scope. It's the same number you see in your own Klaviyo dashboard, so you can check every figure yourself. We don't use a separate tracking system or our own estimates.

A worked example

This is an illustration only, not a quote.

A store agrees a campaigns-only scope at 12%. In one month, Klaviyo reports $20,000 in revenue from the campaigns we sent.

The fee that month is $20,000 × 12% = $2,400. If campaign revenue drops the next month, the fee drops with it.

When a fixed rate makes sense

Some brands prefer a predictable bill, especially larger stores where a percentage would cost more than the work needs. If that's you, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether a fixed rate fits.

Typical arrangement: a 2-month start, then a simple 30-day notice period.
Month-to-month is available.

Do you charge on flows I already had before you?

Only flows in the agreed scope count. We agree this with you before we start, so there are no surprises.
